PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a pomegranate essence of high quality suitable for an intention to maintain and improve health by a food of good quality by specifying varieties used for the pomegranate essence and pressing the pomegranate with seeds and all. SOLUTION: This pomegranate essence is obtained by pressing four varieties of Shiahe danedoroshuti shirazui, Marase shirin, Touku garudan shahawaru and Taboraruzu doroshuti shirazui which are varieties of pomegranates produced in Iran with the seeds and all and elaborately concentrating and mixing the resultant fruit juices as a raw material. Thereby, Rubyan Persian pomegranate (R) which is the pomegranate essence is obtained. |
