PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narsal dilator preventing the contraction of the outside wall tissue of a narsal passage at the time of breathing. SOLUTION: The narsal dilator has sufficient length straddling the bridge of the nose to extend to the gap between the outside wall tissues 60 and 62 of the left and right nasal passage and has a strip of a material 18 having first and second end parts and the intermediate part connecting the first and second end parts and having width substantially narrower than that of the first and second ends of the support member.
