PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthokeratology lens with improved orthokeratology effect. SOLUTION: The orthokeratology lens 28 consists of a first lens curved surface 30a with the eye axis as the center, a second lens curved surface 30b continued from the first lens curved surface, and an alignment curved surface 30c continued from the second lens curved surface, and a tear outflow preventive part 32 is disposed in a transition part transitioning to the alignment curved surface. When the gap between the lens and the cornea is with the negative pressure, due to the pressure of wearing the lens on the cornea, the surface of the cornea is attracted to the inner surface 30 of the lens, so that the surface curvature of the cornea can be corrected. In addition, as the tear outflow preventive part is formed in the transition part, the outflow of tears in a cavity 22 can be prevented even if the pressure applied to the lens is increased/decreased according to the opening/closing of the eyelid. Since the negative pressure condition in the cavity can be maintained, a larger orthokeratology effect can be achieved. By repeating the wearing of the lens every sleep, the surface of the cornea can be kept in the same condition as the inner surface of the lens for a long period of time, so that a naked eye can obtain the sufficient vision in time.
