PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear magnetic resonance image diagnosing agent which is high in the degree of relaxation of T2, less affects an organism in spite of a large amount of rapid administration and makes it possible to obtain stable tissue perfusion information in the nuclear magnetic resonance imaging or nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. SOLUTION: The nuclear magnetic resonance image diagnosing agent is an aqueous solution containing a molecule having a hydrogen atom directly bonded with a quadrupole nucleus within the molecule as an effective component and having a property for admitting living body, in which the degree of relaxation of T2 of the aqueous solution is >=0.1 s<-1> atom%<-1> .
