PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot spring water circulating apparatus capable of easily mixing hot spring components with hot spring water of a bathroom and a hot spring component injection device suitable for use in the hot spring water circulating apparatus. SOLUTION: The hot spring water circulating apparatus has a circulating and filtering system 6 for returning hot water of a bathtub 1 to the bathtub through a filter 5 by a pump 4 and the hot spring component injection device 2 is arranged on the downstream side of the filter. The hot spring component injection device is equipped with a piping connection part 10a on an inlet side receiving hot spring water, a hot spring component injection part 12 communicating with the piping connection part on the inlet side to inject the hot spring components in the received hot spring water and a piping connection part 10b on an outlet side for discharging the hot spring water in which the hot spring components are injected and the hot spring component injection part includes a plurality of hot spring component boxes arranged side by side.
