PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy-to-use tongs with excellent safety as an instrument for scooping up boiled spaghetti or the like. SOLUTION: A pair of plate pieces 2 in an almost thin plate shape are connected at a base end in an overlapping posture and turned to a form of tweezers to be elastically brought closer and separated to/from each other and a plurality of hooking pins 5 along a width direction of the plate piece 2 are provided on respective tip parts of the respective plate pieces 2. The spaghetti or the like is twined around the hooking pins 5 and scooped up or picked up at the tip parts and taken out.
