PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heels of shoes and a method for decorating the same capable of accurately and securely transferring patterns or the like without slipping out of place regardless of surface figures of the heels and having excellent durability of the transferred patterns or the like. SOLUTION: A core body 3 of each of the heels is made of a hard material for at least the surface. The surface is sand-blasted to form a rough surface where the pattern or the like is transferred by using a transferring sheet 10 provided with a printing layer 8 in which the pattern or the like is formed on a water-soluble film or a water-swelling film and utilizing a hydraulic pressure or a repelling power of a sponge 13. The printing layer 8 is coated with a coating material with clarity to form a protective film 9.
