PURPOSE: A skimming efficiency improving method of desulfurized slag in hot metal is provided to skim liquid desulfurized slag easily, prevent resulfurization in converter process that is postprocess and reduce defects of sulfur according to resulfurization accordingly. CONSTITUTION: The skimming efficiency improving method of desulfurized slag in hot metal is characterized in that 1.5 to 3 (kg/T-P) of converter slag(90) having grain size distribution of 2 to 5 mm is injected into the charging ladle(20) at a time point of 40 to 60% after discharging hot metal from TLC (torpedo ladle car) to a charging ladle(20) so that basicity, melting point and viscosity of hot metal are respectively increased according to reaction between upper desulfurized slag(70) and converter slag(90), and converter slag(90) having a high specific gravity exists between interfaces of liquid desulfurized slag(70) and hot metal(100), wherein atomized slag is used as the converter slag(90).
