PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high concentrated metallic colloid solution from which a metallic film having electrical conductivity is substantially formed even if heating temperature is lowered and/or heating time is shortened as compared with a conventional method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a stage for obtaining the metallic particle colloidal solution by reducing a metallic compound in the presence of the high concentrated metallic colloid solution having >=93 mass% metal concentration and a polymer pigment dispersant and a concentrating stage for ultrafiltering the metallic particle colloidal solution.
