PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which effectively suppresses the deposition of a polymerized substance on an inner wall part of device of the position laying a workpiece in a refiner in which the workpiece such as a support member is directly laid on the outer wall. SOLUTION: This purifier features that one part or the whole of device outer wall is covered with a low thermal conductive material and, moreover, one part or the whole of the workpiece is covered with the low thermal conductive material.
