DUST COLLECTING FILTER FOR VACUUM CLEANER AND VACUUM CLEANER PROVIDED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality filter for a vacuum cleaner whose dust collecting bag is hardly peeled off from a port frame. SOLUTION: The dust collecting filter 4 used for the vacuum cleaner is provided with the port frame 11 where a suction opening 11a is formed and the dust collecting bag 12 which is formed in the state of a bag having an inlet 12a facing the suction opening 11a and which has the peripheral part of the inlet 12a adhered to the port frame. The port frame 11 is formed of an intermediate fiber layer 15 made of a paperboard, and front/rear surface layers 16 and 17 which are stronger than this layer 15 and made of coated papers, respectively, laminated on both of the surfaces of the intermediate fiber layer 15. The surrounding part of the inlet 12a is bonded to a rear face layer 17 by using an annular hot melt adhesive 34 determined to be smaller than the projection area of the port frame 11.
