PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-filled wire for welding weather resistant steel extremely satisfactory in the arc condition, even in the welding condition of high heat input and high interpass temperature, while securing the weatherability, small in a spatter generating rate, and capable of stably obtaining an excellent welding metal property. SOLUTION: In the flux-filled wire for the weather resistant steel, which is the wire for arc welding filled with the flux being made of steel skin, containing, in terms of wire total mass%, 0.05-1.8% arc stabilizer, 0.02-0.15% C, 0.3-1.8% Si, 0.8-3.0% Mn, 0.02-0.3% Ti, 0.2-0.65% Cu, 0.3-0.8% Cr, and wherein, the flux-filling rate is 3-10%.
