PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lacework article which can be used as a pouch to hold small things or the like and after having been worn out as such a bag, can be also utilized as a washing object in washing dishes or clothes. SOLUTION: A lace ribbon made of chemical fiber is spirally attached to one side of a round base cloth B1 or B2 in a way that one edge of the ribbon is sewed onto the cloth, shaping like a scroll, overlapping the ribbon on the outer circle orderly, with the other free edge tilting outwardly. Such round base cloth pair B1 and B2 is sewed together back to back on the whole periphery except an opening part 4, to form a bag for putting things in or out through the opening part 4. Even after having been worn out as a ribbon-laced pouch, it can be utilized as a washing object, being useful in washing clothes when it is put in a washing machine and stirred with laundry, with the help of detergent that has been put in the bag through the opening part 4.
