PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently introducing respective ionized components in an ionized solution such as a cosmetic liquid, beauty liquid or the like, which is suitably used for the purpose of beauty and contains a positively ionized component and a negatively ionized component, into a living body in a mixed state. SOLUTION: A pulse signal swarm of positive polarity and a pulse signal swarm of negative polarity are alternately supplied to a pair of electrodes to be brought into contact with the living body in order to introduce respective ionized components contained in the ionized solution into the living body.
