PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formula feed for fish culture. SOLUTION: The formula feed for fish culture has a compounding percentage of a cake powder of 1-50 wt.%, preferably 20-40 wt.%. The feeding of the cake powder-compounded formula feed for fish culture enables fast growth of a cultured fish and can produce the cultured fish which hardly accumulates fat in the fish body and has a good meat quality. The cake powder is derived from a byproduct of cake manufacturing, and the use of the cake powder as a raw material contributes to the effective use of resources, which is a present issue. Further, since it is very cheap, the production cost of the formula feed for fish culture, and resultingly that of cultured fish can be reduced. |
