SOLUTION: For a pillow 1, a heater H and a sounding device and/or a vibrator V are incorporated inside or the sounding device is attached and further timers T1 and T2 controlling the heater H and the sounding device and/or the vibrator V are attached. The timer T1 is set so as to energize the heater H when the set time comes and to energize the sounding device and/or the vibrator V after the prescribed time after the heater H is energized.
