PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good sleep temperature-controlling apparatus of bedding that can solve the problem that one becomes excessively hot after sleeping and sleep becomes poor when a comfortable temperature is set after sleeping, which is generated in the conventional electric blankets and electric sheets. SOLUTION: The good sleep-controlling apparatus comprises a heater that is used in combination with bedding having a body pressure dispersion means of a large heat capacity, a lying sensor, and the temperature controlling apparatus that energizes the heater before lying on beds, controls to a predetermined temperature, and stops conduction when lying on beds.
