PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems as shifting in position sideways or forward around the neck as caused by the movement of human bodies and necks or the like with the passage of time, worry about the deviation and eventual bothering to correct the positions thereof and ugly-looking actions for correction in the conventional necklace catches, which are usually positioned behind the necks invisible from the direction of the front of the human bodies in view of the beauty of decoration. SOLUTION: The portion of the necklace catch, chains linked thereto or the like coming in contact with skins behind the necks is covered with a rubber. In one example shown in Fig. 1, the end part of a chain 4 as a link part to a tongue 3 of the catch is covered to form a deviation preventor 5 for preventing the deviation of the catch. Unevenness formed on the deviation preventor 5 can further improve deviation preventing effects.
