PURPOSE: A method for managing a withdrawal in an Internet banking using a mobile communication terminal is provided to manage the withdrawal in the Internet banking using an SMS(Short Message Service) of a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a bank server through the Internet(S310). The user inputs an ID, a password, and a certificate of authentication for a log-in process(S311). The bank server receives a request of the user(S312). If the request is a withdrawal or an account transfer, the user inputs withdrawal details and other message(S314). The bank server creates an SMS based on the inputted contents and transmits the SMS to a mobile communication terminal of a registered fund manager of the corresponding account through an internal and external SM(Short Message) server(S316). The bank server receives approval information with respect to the withdrawal from the mobile communication terminal of the fund manager(S317). If all fund managers approve the withdrawal, the bank server permits the withdrawal or the transfer, transmits the fact to a computer system of the user, and displays the fact(S318,S319).
