PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the amount of a material gathered and distributed on and in a gun by using a liner for shield and an air washing mechanism and to prevent swirling movement in the primary pressure seal. SOLUTION: A material distribution apparatus is provided with a distribution pipe assembly having an orifice, an outlet end for distributing a material on the surface from the orifice, and an inlet end having an aperture adjusted so as to receive the material from a supply source during the distribution work and a means for giving a track movement to the outlet end on an axis and the pipe assembly is provided with the first section having the inlet end in the first edge, a second section having the outlet end in the first edge, and a third section for joining the first section and the second section in flexible manner. One embodiment of the apparatus comprises a plurality of rings or hoops to increase the hoop strength.
