PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel which can be easily manufactured and is capable of easily concentrating even such a solution which yields concentrate increasingly higher viscosity. SOLUTION: A plurality of linear and/or dotty non-smooth sections are formed on the inside surface of the bottom of the vessel. These non-smooth sections are so formed that the total area of circles making their areas <=1,000 cm<2> attains >=90% of the total area of all the circles when the circles inscribing the portions between the two non-smooth sections and not including the non- smooth sections on their inner side are drawn. The above inscribing circles are the following (1) to (3) according to the kinds of the non-smooth sections. (1) The circle having the distance between the two dotty non-smooth sections as its diameter. (2) The circle having the shortest distance between the dotty non-smooth section and the linear non-smooth section as its diameter. (3) The largest circle among the circles inscribing the two linear non-smooth sections.
