PURPOSE: A system for a video consultation using a network is provided to enable a purchaser and a seller to have a conversation and to express an opinion through a video communication by relaying the consultation between the purchaser and the seller using a two way video communication technique. CONSTITUTION: A purchase consultation requesting information receiving unit(110) receives purchase consultation requesting information from at least one user terminal(200) connected through a network. A storing unit(120) stores the purchase consultation requesting information. A web page output unit(130) processes the purchase consultation requesting information and outputs the information through a predetermined web page. A receiving unit(140) receives the consultation requesting information from a seller terminal(300) who read the web page. A consultation deciding unit(150) transmits the consultation requesting information received by the receiving unit(140) to a user terminal(200), receives consultation participation confirmation information from the user terminal(200), and decides a consultation. A video consultation processing unit(160) opens a consultation room adapted to a time included in the consultation requesting information for a video consultation between the purchaser and the seller. If a transaction is generated between the purchaser and the seller, a transaction information storing unit(170) stores transaction information.
