PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling a bifocal excision system to control a processing device for implementing the orthokeratology for the bifocal by the laser operation in the practical level and coping with the aged deterioration of the adjusting ability. SOLUTION: A circular distal part 1 with a diameter of 2 mm is formed at the center of a cornea, and a transition part 3 with a width of 0.5 mm is formed within a radius of 1.5 mm from the center of the distal part 1 under the distal part 1. Further, a semicircular proximal part 2 with a width of 2 mm is formed within a radius of 3.5 mm from the center of the distal part 1. The addition power of the transition part is selected as a fixed value of 2.0 D to 3.0 D from the refracting power for the distal part and the proximal part. |
