PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new use of superheated steam. SOLUTION: Steam is heated to an ultrahigh temperature by radiant heat due to high frequency electromagnetic induction heating and the obtained superheated steam is used to find out (1) the primary disinfection treatment, sterilization treatment, or incineration treatment of a medical instrument and (2) the sterilization treatment of an injection needle/injection cylinder after blood-collecting, as the new use of means for sterilization and inactivation of virus/gene recombination related substance.
