PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bacteria removing water for marine products not bringing about abnormality in the textures of marine products, having no toxicity to a user, capable of effectively removing bacteria unsuitable from a sanitary aspect such as vibrios and effectively performing the sanitary control of marine products, a method for manufacturing the same and a bacteria removing treatment method for marine products. SOLUTION: The bacteria removing water for marine products is prepared by electrolyzing seawater, to which hydrochloric acid is added, in a diaphragm free electrolytic cell. Seawater is collected and hydrochloric acid is added to the collected seawater. The seawater, to which hydrochloric acid is added, is passed through the diaphragm free electrolytic cell to be electrolyzed and the electrolyzed seawater is diluted with another seawater to be adjusted to a condition suitable for removing bacteria. Thus the bacteria removing water is obtained. The bacteria removing treatment method for marine products bringing bacteria removing water into contact with marine products is also disclosed. |
