PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame kit order system enabling a customer to obtain a desired frame structure just by assembling kit merchandise by having a frame maker manufacture a required frame structure needed by the customer manufacturing products such as signboards and frames as the kit merchandise and delivering it to the customer. SOLUTION: Frame module data prepared by taking various kinds of specifications such as a frame material kind into consideration are formed and the frame is designed just by specifying dimensions. By the code name and specified dimensions ordered by the customer needing the frame, a frame material based on the module data is cut into pieces and a kit is constituted. The dimension is mentioned on a dimension frame in kit components. The customer manufactures the required frame by assembling the kit. Waste materials are not produced. |
