PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food including wood vinegar which makes wood vinegar freely edible without hesitation and to provide a method of production for the same. SOLUTION: This method freeze-dries the wood vinegar to obtain pulverized wood vinegar and then changes the wood vinegar powder to a form of a soft capsule, a hard capsule, a tablet or granules.
