PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine, in which a degree of satisfaction for a player to a game is improved by reducing a hole (router) opened on a game board for mounting a central accessory device, enlarging a space for arranging nails as original pleasure of the game, enlarging the portion of the central accessory device on the rear side of the game board and making various performance to be executed in the central accessory device. SOLUTION: A central accessory device 2 is divided into a front ornamental frame 21, a rear mechanism part 22, an upper performance mechanism part 23, and a side performance mechanism part 24, the front ornamental frame 21 is mounted from the front side of the game board and the rear mechanism part 22, the upper performance mechanism part 23, and the side performance mechanism part 24 are mounted from the rear side. As a result, the size of a router 25 can be reduced and various kinds of performance can be programmed in the upper performance mechanism part 23 and the side performance mechanism part 24.
