PURPOSE: A reel reverse rotation device of a safety belt is provided to minimize gap between the safety belt and the driver by reverse rotation of the reel forcibly, thereby protecting driver and improving safety. CONSTITUTION: A pyrotechnic driving device is installed to move a piston upward by an explosive in a car crash and to pull a wire connected to the piston upward. A cover(10) is formed of a central hole, four fixing parts, and protrusions between the fixing parts. A bushing(20) is connected to the central hole of the cover, and has protrusions. A clutch drum(30) comprises a central hole, tooth roller groove(32), and a fixing groove.
