PURPOSE: A digital photograph exposing apparatus and method are provided to develop color pictures at a low price and reduce the manufacturing costs of the digital photograph exposing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A digital photograph exposing apparatus includes an exposure controller(A) and an exposer(B). The exposure controller digitalizes the image of an object to convert the image into image information, inverses the image information and converts the inversed image information into black and white image information. The exposer transmits red, green and blue to the black and white image information from the exposure controller and synthesizes the red, green and blue image information to expose the information on a print paper. The image of the object is a digital file corresponding to a scanned image of a color filter and/or color picture.
