摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a means which can achieve both of a high-speed operation and low power consumption without reducing a yield of a system LSI and deliberately control power consumption during an operation. CONSTITUTION: The means comprises a substrate bias generating circuit for separately generating the substrate biases of function modules integrated on the system LSI, a substrate bias control circuit for controlling the substrate bias generating circuit, and a substrate bias control value storage for storing a control value for the substrate bias generating circuit. The contents of the substrate bias control value storage are set by predetermined operations.
