APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MATCHING SUBSCRIBER'S STATE IN PUBLIC LAND MOBILE NETWORK AND WIRE/WIRELESS PRIVATE NETWORK

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for matching subscriber's state in a PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network) and a wire/wireless private network are provided to transmit state information of terminals within a private network in a mobile communication system connected with the PLMN and the private network. CONSTITUTION: A pBTMR(pBTS(private Base station Transceiver Subsystem) Message Router) includes first and second discriminating units(540a,540b) and a call response message generating unit(540c). The first discriminating unit(540a) discriminates whether a call is generated to an MS(Mobile Station)(100) in a public network. The second discriminating unit(540b) discriminates whether the MS(100) is calling with the extension. The call response message generating unit(540c) transmits a call response message to the public network instead of the MS(100) when a call generation and a calling with the extension are recognized through the first and second discriminating units(540a,540b).
