PURPOSE: To provide a general-purpose conveyor device usable for both inline type and independent type conveyance without selecting the laid pitch of machining stations. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor device is provided with an elevating member 101 elevatingly supported to a fixed member provided between machine tools, a sliding member 102, a member shorter than the workpiece conveying distance between the machine tools, provided movably in relation to the elevating member 101 so as to be moved in the workpiece conveying direction by a sliding device, and a workpiece holding member 103 provided at the sliding member 102, movably in the same direction as the moving direction of the sliding member 102.
