SOLUTION: A retractable strut 3 is attached on a forwardly inclined line L on a leg body 2 capable of traveling by itself by traveling wheels 1, etc. The user leaning on an armrest part 4 of a strut upper end is made to stand up and sit down by extending and contracting the strut 3 by a built-in hydraulic cylinder.
