摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens adhering method to a recessed tool capable of preventing adhesive distortion in recess adhered machining of a lens. SOLUTION: In the recess adhered machining of pressing a lens raw material Lp adhered to the recessed tool 1 against a dish like tool with an inverted shape of a curvature of a machining spherical shape of the lens raw material Lp and grinding or polishing the spherical shape of the lens raw material Lp by rotating the dish like tool, before adhering the lens raw material Lp to the recessed tool 1, uneven parts of an adhering face Lp1 of the lens raw material Lp are removed by a blasting process using a cast iron dish 11 and free abrasive grains, and then the lens raw material Lp is adhered to a lens holding face 3 in each positioning recessed part 2 of the recessed tool 1 via an adhesive 5. By this, thickness of the adhesive between the lens holding face of the recessed tool and the lens adhering face can be uniformed throughout the whole circumference, adhesiveness can be enhanced and the adhesive distortion can be dispersed.
