PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop and hold a shutter plate in a position in which a ball extrac tion hole is opened, using a pachinko ball stored in a lower ball pan. SOLUTION: A through-hole 12 through which one pachinko ball can fall is provided beside a ball extraction hole 11 opened in the bottom wall 10 of a lower ball pan 7. A shutter plate 13 is provided with a curved slot 19 having a holding section 18, corresponding with the through-hole 12 of the bottom wall 10 in a first position in which a ball extraction hole 11 is fully opened and making a pachinko ball fall into, and a through-hole 20 according with the through-hole 12 of the bottom wall 10 in a second position in which the ball extraction hole 11 is nearly fully opened and making a pachinko ball fall into. A support frame 14 is furnished with an engagement step portion 26 butted by a pachinko ball falling into the holding portion 18 of the curved slot 19 in the first position of the shutter plate 13 and stopping the shutter plate 13 in the second position, and a first fall hole 23 aligning with the opened end of the curved slot 19 and a second fall hole 24 corresponding with the opened end of the through hole 19 in the first position of the shutter plate 13.
