PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing healthy food, enabling anti- oxidative ability inherent in food to be enhanced through subjecting food to electrolization or electrification treatment without using any additives, and active oxygen or free radical to be inhibited from increasing in the human body so as to largely contribute to the health. SOLUTION: The method for producing health food as a food material comprises subjecting a food material (liquid) containing at least one component having anti-oxidation ability (free radical scavenging ability) to electrolization or electrification treatment. The method for producing a food comprises subjecting a mixed liquid prepared by using the food material containing at least one component having anti-oxidative ability (free radical scavenging ability) to electrolization or electrification treatment. |
