DEVICE FOR REMOVING REFRACTORIES OF TUYERE IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A device for removing refractories of tuyere in blast furnace is provided to remove the refractories effectively by spraying high pressure water onto the refractories closing the tuyere in various degrees of an angle. CONSTITUTION: In a device which is inserted into a pulverized coal injection lance of blast furnace to remove refractories by spraying high pressure water onto refractories of tuyere, the apparatus for removing refractories of tuyere in the blast furnace comprises a high pressure water spray nozzle(40) on which a plurality of high pressure water spray holes(42) are formed to spray high pressure water in various directions; an insert tube(20) comprising a plurality of high pressure water transfer pipes(22) that is connected to the rear end of the high pressure water spray nozzle(40) and corresponds to the high pressure water spray holes(42); and a spray gun(30) connected to a water supply line(31) to receive high pressure water and mounted on the rear end of the insert tube(20) so that the water supply line(31) is connected to any one of the high pressure water transfer pipes(22), wherein the high pressure water spray holes(42) comprise a high pressure water spray hole(42a), a high pressure water spray hole(42c), a high pressure water spray hole(42b), and a high pressure water spray hole(42d).
