DIRECTIONAL SELECTING APPARATUS OF COAL COLLECTING VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A direction selecting apparatus for a coal collecting vehicle is provided to collect coals effectively and to reduce load of the coal collecting vehicle by traveling on a necessary portion. CONSTITUTION: A direction selecting apparatus for a coal collecting vehicle comprises a body(4); a vertical slide(42); a striker(44); a sliding body(43) and a limit switch(48). The body is fixed to a frame(1) and a vertical groove(4a) is formed to the body. The vertical slide is installed to the body to be slid up and down. The striker is fixed to the vertical slide and extended to interfere with a rising path of a scraper by the groove. The sliding body is fixed to a lower end of the vertical slide to be slid from an upper surface of coals stacked on a coal storing tank. The limit switch is operated by a rising of the vertical slide. The limit switch is installed to the body to supply an electrical signal to a control unit. Therefore, coals are collected effectively and load of the coal collecting vehicle is reduced because the coal collector vehicle travels on a necessary portion.
