PURPOSE: A holder for fixing a circuit board of an electronic instrument is provided to improve convenience in assembly works and prevent loss of any part by providing first and second fixtures in pre-assembled form, and to fix a circuit board to a fixed plate in more stable structure by means of a holder and easily separate the holder from the circuit board and the fixed plate. CONSTITUTION: A holder for fixing a circuit board of an electronic instrument includes a holder assembly which comprises a first pre-assembly fixture(15) inserted into the penetrating holes of a circuit board(12) and a fixed plate(11) and a second pre-assembly fixture(16) inserted in axial direction through the first pre-assembly fixture(15). The holder also includes a remover(17) as an element separate from the holder assembly. The holder assembly is separated from the circuit board(12) and the fixed plate(11) by the remover(17).
