PURPOSE: A binocular telescope with photographing function is provided to be capable of adequately carrying out a focusing process of a photographing optical system by using a passive focusing process. CONSTITUTION: A binocular telescope with photographing function is provided with observation optical systems(12R,12L) for observing an observation object part, and a camera system including photographing optical systems(68,70) and a CCD(Coupled Charge Device) connected with the photographing optical systems. The binocular telescope with photographing function further includes a focus controlling part connected with the observation optical systems and the photographing optical systems for carrying out a passive focusing process.
