PURPOSE: An installing structure of a transmission mounting bracket for a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration and noise of engine driving to a vehicle body by supporting concentrated load of the transmission mounting bracket. CONSTITUTION: An installing structure of a transmission mounting bracket(20) comprises a body portion(21), an upper flange(22), and a lower flange(23). A mounting bush is inserted to the body portion. Upper and lower flanges are connected with the body portion integrally around an outer peripheral surface. The upper flange is superposed on a front fender reinforcing bracket(4) by bolting assembling bolts(22a). The lower flange is superposed on a front side upper member(5c) by bolting with assembling bolts(23a). Therefore, connecting rigidity of upper and lower flanges is improved. Therein, concentrated load of the mounting bracket caused by load of a transmission is supported. Transfer of vibration and noise of an engine to a vehicle body is prevented.
