PURPOSE: A networking apparatus having a dual switching hub and a method thereof are provided to enhance a transmission speed of transmission data by possessing separately an internal and an external network switching hubs. CONSTITUTION: A user computer(200) transmits/receives transmission data and draws out the transmission data to the first port or the second port according to a position of a recipient address. A switching hub(210) consists of the first switching hub(212) for transmitting transmission data received from the user computer(200) to a recipient connected to an internal network and the second switching hub(214) for drawing out transmission data to an external network. A router(220) transmits transmission data provided from the second switching hub(214) to the external network.
