PURPOSE: A method for sale with dynamic price and a system thereof are provided to sell commodities as different prices by attaching or printing a bar code including the date of manufacture and predetermined distribution term information on the commodities thereby discriminating prices according to the time elapsed from the date of manufacture to a selling time and the distribution term information. CONSTITUTION: A bar code(10) includes the date of manufacture, predetermined distribution term information, and a predetermined identifier besides the place of origin, a manufacturing company code, and a commodity code. A TSBA(Time Stamp Bar code Adapter)(20) for recognizing the bar code(10) is located between a bar code scanner(30) and a POS(Point Of Sale) terminal(40). The TSBA(20) reads the date of manufacture, the distribution term information, and the identifier out of bar code contents scanned by the bar code scanner(30), and calculates prices discriminated according to the time elapsed from the date of manufacture to a selling time, distribution term information, and an identifier. The discriminated prices are output from the TSBA(20) to the POS terminal(40).
