WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR BATHTUB AND SHOWER BOOTH

PURPOSE: A water supply system of a bathtub and a shower booth is provided to control supplied water through the shower with a foot-operating switch on a floor and to prevent water from overflowing by intercepting a water supply valve automatically. CONSTITUTION: A water supply system of a bathtub and a shower booth comprises a control unit(200); solenoid valves(220,230) for controlling cool and warm water and a foot-operating switch(400). The control unit is installed to one side of the bathtub. A power switch to be turned on and off is installed to the control unit. Solenoid valves for controlling cool and warm water have straight water introduction pipes connected with straight pipes and exhaust pipes connected with water supply valves(102). Solenoid valves for controlling cool and warm water supplies water from the straight pipe to the water supply pipe when power is applied with the power switch and interrupts supplying water when power is shut. A push shaft is installed to a middle of a body penetrated to a floor surface on a water tank. The push shaft has a footstep on an upper portion. A contact plate is installed to a lower portion of the push shaft. A switch is installed to a lower portion connected with the control unit electrically by a switch body. Therefore, water supply is controlled by the foot-operating switch on the floor of the shower booth. Overflowing of water is prevented by shutting water supply automatically.
