PURPOSE: Fiber goods having excellent durability, abrasion resistance, drapability and accumulation of light are provided. A manufacturing method thereof is capable of increasing productivity, reducing production cost and increasing reliability of goods. CONSTITUTION: The fiber goods are obtained by a process containing the steps of: (S100) scouring and dyeing textile; (S110) drying the dyed textile according to kinds of textile under the proper temperature condition; mixing 15-55% of an accumulating light pigment, 40-65% of a polyacryl type or a polyurethane type binder, 4.5-15% of a nylon resin and 0.5-5% of a fluorescent pigment to produce an accumulating light/binder mixed pigment; (S120) printing with the pigment on the textile; (S130) drying the printed textile under the proper temperature condition; (S140) heating and pressing a stamping foil comprised of a transparent PET film, a release layer, a transparent hardening resin layer and a bond layer on an upper part of the textile at 100-140deg.C to adhere; (S150) cooling the textile at proper temperature to transfer the transparent hardening resin to the textile; and then (S160) separating the residual stamping foil.
