PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complementary type optical wiring circuit that can reduce a drive voltage and suppress output drift. SOLUTION: The complementary type optical wiring circuit consists of 1st and 2nd diode type light emitting elements 1, 2 that are connected in series, a coupling capacitor 3 that is connected to a connecting point of the 1st and 2nd diode type light emitting elements 1, 2, a pulse signal source 6 that alternately applies a differentiated waveform signal to the 1st and 2nd diode type light emitting elements 1, 2 via the coupling capacitor 3, and a DC bias voltage source 7 connected between an anode of the 1st diode type light emitting element 1 and a cathode of the 2nd diode type light emitting element 2. The 1st and 2nd diode type light emitting elements 1, 2 alternately transmit an optical pulse. First and second optical transmission lines 4, 5 are placed in the vicinity of the 1st and 2nd diode type light emitting elements 1, 2. |
