PURPOSE:To impart a soft and crisp palatability characteristic to sliced raw cuttlefish meat in spite of the use of a pasty food produced from ground cuttlefish meat by adding KONJAK jelly (jelly made from the starch of devil's tongue) to the ground meat. CONSTITUTION:This fish paste product resembling sliced raw cuttlefish meat can be produced by mixing ground raw cuttlefish meat with ground raw fish meat at a ratio of 100:0 to 5:95, adding KONJAK jelly to the mixture and optionally incorporating the product with an additive. |
