PURPOSE: A method for preparing a melamine resin product containing germanium is provided, to improve the flowability, the processability, the strength, the heat resistance, the insulating resistance of the melamine resin product which can be applied to the tableware without deterioration of the efficacy of germanium. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S10) weighing 1-5 kg of germanium powder per 10 kg of melamine resin powder; (S20) stirring the weighed one for about 20-60 min to mix them; (S30) preparing a mold; (S40) injecting the mixture into the mold and press molding it; (S50) separating the molded one from the mold; and (S60) post-treating the surface of the molded product. The press molding is carried out at a temperature of 140-160 deg.C for 4-10 min in a hydraulic press above 200 t.
