LIQUID STORAGE CONTAINER AND INK JET RECORDER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To prevent damages of an information storage medium and a connector resulting from the adhesion of a liquid by physically protecting the information storage medium in a liquid storage container having the information storage medium set, and preventing the liquid from contacting the information storage medium and the connector even if the liquid leaks out from a liquid supply part. CONSTITUTION: An information storage medium storing part 300 having a space 306 for insertion of the connector is fixed to a part upper than the liquid supply part 100 of the liquid storage container 1000. The information storage medium 302 is fixed to an inner face at the opposite side to the liquid supply of the connector insertion space. A liquid trap 307 is set between the information storage medium storing part 300 and a liquid storage part 200 for trapping the liquid.
